Yoga Nidra Meditation

In this class, the main focus is on the circulation of prana or life force through breath awareness, followed by deep relaxation called Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep. Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between sleeping and being awake, where the body is fully relaxed, and the mind enters a calm state of body awareness. The teacher will guide you with a set of verbal instructions into this state, where little movement is required. People of all levels can benefit from this stress-relieving practice of deep relaxation.
