My low-impact, high-results classes run Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM MST, making it easy to integrate a powerful practice into even the busiest schedules.

Each week, we explore a new theme, thoughtfully crafted to keep us in balance with the natural rhythms of the moon, seasons, and life itself. Our diverse offerings blend different styles to ensure you build strength, increase flexibility, and replenish your body when it needs it most.

25 Min Yoga Sculpt: (Usually on Monday)

Hatha Yoga (usually Tuesday)

Yoga HIIT: 25-Minute Sculpt & Burn (usually Wednesdays)

Yin Yoga: Unlock Deeper Flexibility (usually Thursdays)

Discover the profound advantage of practicing Yin Yoga first thing in the morning. To truly increase long-term flexibility, it's most effective when your muscles are cool, just as they are when you wake up. When muscles are warm, they tend to absorb stretch tension, shielding the deeper connective tissues.
