Gentle Hatha Yoga

Begin your day with intention and clarity. In our Morning Hatha class, we move slowly and deliberately through a series of poses designed to awaken the body and calm the mind. By synchronizing mindful movement with conscious breath, you will gently challenge your strength and increase your flexibility. This practice is a moving meditation, proven to reduce stress, improve core strength, and enhance the range of motion in your joints. Step onto your mat and leave feeling grounded, centered, and ready for whatever the day holds.

How to Join!

1- Make sure you have the Zoom app ready on your device.

2- Pop over to the schedule page (right here!) and choose your class to save your spot.

3- Keep an eye on your inbox! Your special link will arrive in the confirmation email

4- When it's time, you'll hang out in the virtual "waiting room" for just a moment, and then I'll welcome you right in 5 Minutes before class. (Please respond as I want to keep this space safe for everyone who joins)

5- Your space, your choice: feel free to keep your video on or turn it off, whatever feels most comfortable for you. Everyone will be muted once class begins, so you can relax, flow with the session, and fully immerse yourself in the experience. (I require you to turn on your camera for first-time access only for a few minutes)
