A moment to celebrate YOU before the year ends!

Gaby Knight | DEC 9, 2025

As we approach the Winter Solstice and the longest night of the year, there is an instinct to go inward. The world often tells us that the end of the year is a time to critique ourselves, to look at what we didn’t do, what we want to change, and how we plan to be "better" in January.

But what if we flipped the script?

What if, before you set a single resolution for the future, you took a moment to deeply honor who you have been for the last twelve months?

You are not the same person you were a year ago. You have weathered storms, found moments of joy, and grown in ways you might not even notice yet. This week, I invite you to pause the hustle and step into celebration.

Look Back: A Ritual for Reflection

To help you shift your focus from "fixing" to "celebrating, "I have created three journaling prompts for you. Pour a cup of tea, light a candle, and take ten minutes to answer these:

  1. The Surprise Factor: In what way did I surprise myself this year? When was a moment I thought, "I can't do this," but I did it anyway?

  2. The Glimmer List: List 5 small, specific moments from this year that felt like magic (a perfect cup of coffee, a laugh with a friend, a beautiful sunset).

  3. Radical Pride: Complete this sentence five times: "I am proud of myself for..." (Include the big achievements and the small victories of simply getting through the day).

Writing is powerful, but feeling it in your body is transformative. This week’s classes are designed to help you physically embody that sense of celebration and integration.

Tue December 9th || The Victory Lap Hatha Flow || 7 AM (MST)

Time: 30 Minutes || Props: None needed, just you and your mat. || The Vibe: Often when we reflect, we shrink. In this Vinyasa practice, we are doing the opposite. We will focus on "Big Body" movements, taking up space, opening the heart, and moving with the energy of a victory lap.

Wed December 10th || Yoga Nidra for The Inner Harvest || 7 AM (MST)

Time: 25 Minutes || Props: 1 Pillow, 1 Eye Cover, 1 Warm Blanket. || The Vibe: We rarely stop to "digest" our life experiences. In this meditation class, we will focus on cellular integration. We will use the deep rest of Nidra to soak up the resilience and joy of the past year, allowing it to settle into your nervous system so you can enter the Solstice feeling replenished, not depleted.

You have done the work this year. Now, let’s take the time to honor it.

I can’t wait to celebrate with you on the mat.

With love and light,

Gaby Knight.
